1. By
way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed to direct the
respondent authorities to consider the representations/ objection at
Annexure “A” Collectively.
2. Heard
learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the documents
on record. Looking to the peculiar facts of the case, respondent no.
5 is directed to forward the representations/ objections dated
14.06.2010 filed by the petitioner, which is at Annexure “A”
collectively, with a remark to the State Government –
respondent no. 2 herein, that before sanctioning the Town Planning
Scheme No. 55 of Isanpur South, Ahmedabad, the said representations/
objections filed by the petitioner shall be taken into consideration.
3. With
the above observations and directions, the petition stands disposed
of.
