ORAL ORDER

1. Heard
Mr. Dhaval D. Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.B.
Gandhi, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. After
hearing the matter, Mr. Dhaval D. Vyas, learned counsel for the
petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition to enable the
petitioner to file a detailed representation to ventilate his
grievance and the contentions raised in the present petition. Mr.
M.B. Gandhi, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if
the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

3. In
view of the above statement made by Mr. Dhaval D. Vyas, learned
counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw
this petition. The petitioner shall file a detailed representation
latest by 30.09.2011 to the Managing Director of the respondent
Corporation. On receipt of such representation, it is hoped that
respondent No.1 shall sympathetically consider the same in accordance
with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably latest by
30.03.2012.

4. Petition
stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged with no order as
to costs. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.

It
is, however, clarified that this Court has not examined the matter on
merits.
