Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to serve notice personally on
respondent no. 2 within a period of three days from today. Notice will indicate
that this case will come up on 13.07.2010 .

Respondent no. 2 is directed to be present before this Court in person on the
date fixed and applicant is also directed to bring the bank draft of the amount
or cheque of a Nationalized bank in favour / name of respondent no. 2 on the
date fixed.

The matter will come up as unlisted case on the aforesaid date for further
arguments.
