The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that

other petitions are already pending since before and to support the same,

filed photocopy of C.C. of order dated 30-09-2011 passed in Cr. Misc.

No.33341/2011.

Let it be listed accordingly.

Learned A.P.P. is directed to file counter affidavit within

four weeks, till then no coercive step should be taken against the above

named petitioners in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.595/2010

pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

Let this order be faxed to the Court concerned at the cost

of the petitioners.
