This original petition came up for hearing in the hearing

list in the week commencing from 10.11.2008 and the same

was taken up for hearing on 11.11.2008. When the case was

called neither the petitioner nor the counsel was present.

Therefore the same was adjourned to today. Today also when

the case was called none appears for the petitioner. The

petitioner is also absent. In the above circumstances, the

original petition is dismissed for default.
