                             ORDER

This is an application for bail.

2. According to the prosecution, A-12 to A-14 hatched a

criminal conspiracy to abduct the father of the de-facto

complainant and to detain him wrongfully to claim huge amount

for his release. A-1 and A2 arranged A-3 to A-11 to prosecute

the object and the father of the de-facto complainant was

abducted by manhandling him. Electric goods kept in the house

were also taken away. The offences alleged are under Sections

120(b), 113, 450, 461, 365, 364(a) and 395 of IPC.

3. The petitioner was arrested on 10.3.2008 and he is in

judicial custody since then. Some of the accused in the same

crime released on bail from the Magistrate Court, it is submitted.

The investigation is almost over. This is the second application

for bail before this Court.

4. Learned Public prosecutor submitted that he has no

objection in granting bail on stringent conditions. Hence,

petitioner is granted bail on the following conditions:

1)the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- with

two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the

satisfaction of the Magistrate Court.

2)The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer

on every Monday and Thursday between 10 a.m. and

1.p.m. until further orders.

This petition is allowed.
