                         J U D G M E N T

What is sought for in this writ petition is a direction to the

respondent University to expedite declaration of result of the

subject ‘EC 704 : Electronic Produce Design’ of the 7th semester

examination of B.Tech Course in Electronics and Communication

Engineering.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University

informs that by judgment dated 20/09/2010 rendered in WP(C)

No.28869/2010, this Court has already directed that the results

shall be declared on or before 15/12/2010.

In that view of the matter, recording the submission of the

learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University, this writ

petition is closed.
