JUDGMENT
The petitioner in this writ petition is a student who had
applied for revaluation to the University of his answer paper in
Structural Analysis-II. He complains that the delay in carrying
out the revaluation is causing undue hardship and loss to him.
Therefore, he prays for appropriate directions for the conduct of
the revaluation expeditiously.
2. Adv.T.A.Shaji, who appears for the University
submits that the application for revaluation has been
submitted only on 16th April, 2010. At least two months’
time is required to complete the revaluation process.
3. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is
disposed of directing the M.G.University to complete the
revaluation of the answer paper of the petitioner, as
expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period
of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
judgment. It is clarified that the above direction is subject
to the condition that the application for revaluation

submitted by the petitioner is in order and free from any
defects.
