2/ 09.09.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted

for the offence under sections 120-B, 420, 466, 468, 471, 474 of the

Indian Penal Code and sections 7, 8, 10, 12, 13(2) read with 13(1)(d)

of Prevention of Corruption Act.

Considering that the petitioners acted as a conduit for

fake appointment, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
