JUDGMENT
Raman, J.
The petitioner is the father of the minor child who is alleged to be
under the illegal custody of the mother, the first respondent. Respondent
Nos.2 to 4 are close relatives of the petitioner’s wife. In the factual
situation, we do not think it is necessary to issue notice to the parties. The
limited prayer made at the time of admission is that the petitioner be enabled
to see his child. It is his further case that he was abroad and he came back
only recently and the child aged four years is still with the mother and
naturally, he desires to see the child.
2. In the factual situation, we direct the Sub Inspector of Police,
Ambalapuzha to make arrangements for enabling the petitioner to see
his child in the residence of the petitioner’s wife at Thottappally Muri,
W.P.Cr.228/2008 -2-
Ambalapuzha, on production of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is closed.
