In paragraph 7 of the supplementary counter affidavit filed in reply
to the rejoinder affidavit, the respondents have stated that the
matter of discharge was referred to the Commander, 50 (I) Para
Brigade, who after due examination sanctioned the discharge of
the individual.

Let the aforesaid order be placed on record.
