Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA for the State
and perused the record.
This application has been filed by the applicant, Noman alias Nammu, to
direct the courts below at Saharanpur to expedite the hearing of the bail
application of the applicant and decide the same on the same day in case
crime no. 47/2010 under section 302 IPC, P.S. Nagal District Saharanpur.
Since 27.3.2010, the bail application of the applicant/accused is pending and
the same is listed before the Sessions Judge concerned on 30.6.2010. Since
the bail application is pending for a considerable time, therefore, the court
below is hereby directed to hear the bail application expeditiously, if possible
on the same day on 30.6.2010.
With these observations, this application is hereby disposed of.
