ORAL ORDER

By
order dated 28th July, 2008, this Court required the
petitioner to bring to the notice of the Appellate Tribunal, the
mis-representation, on the basis on which the impugned order (20th
June, 2008) is obtained.

Mr.Vakil,
learned Advocate for the petitioner apprises the Court that a
Revision Application No.4 of 2008 is filed immediately after the
order passed by this Court on 8th August, 2008. The said
matter was kept for hearing on 20th August, 2008 before
the Tribunal, but, on that day as the Chair Person was not available,
the matter is adjourned to 22nd September, 2008.

Let
the matter be listed on 24th September, 2008.
