Daily), Baroda Edition and Lok Satta-Jan Satta (Gujarati Daily),
Baroda Edition. Publication in the Government Gazette is dispensed
with.

Notice
to the Central Government through Regional Director, Corporate
Affairs, Mumbai and also to Official Liquidator for examination into
the affairs of the company by engaging the Chartered Accountant for
such purpose and fees for the Chartered Accountant shall be borne by
the petitioner. The final hearing is fixed on 26th August,
2008.

The
Regional Director, Corporation Affairs, Mumbai and Official
Liquidator shall file their report by the returnable date.
