K.M.Joseph, J.

Petitioner seeks the following relief:

“to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, direction or
order to respondents 1 and 2 to grant adequate and
effective police protection to the petitioner to carry out
loading and unloading work in the shop bearing No.IX/UA
16 of Venganoor Grama Panchayath (Survey No.329/30-3-
1 of Vizhinjam Village) along with Rasheed, uncle of son in
law of the petitioner from the respondents 3 to 5 and their
associates.”

2. We notice that there is already a judgment,

Ext.P2. Petitioner claims to be the father of the petitioner in

W.P.(C) No.34626 of 2009. Since there is already a direction,

we do not think it is appropriate for this Court to entertain

this writ petition. Of course, the case of the petitioner is that

the petitioner in the writ petition culminating to Ext.P2

judgment is out of station.

Without prejudice to any rights which the parties

may have in law, we dispose of the writ petition.
