This is second bail application directly before this Court without first approaching to the court of sessions, which is not entertainable.
I, therefore, see no justification to entertain this second bail application.

This second bail application u/S.439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No.138/2009 P.S. Vaishali Nagar, District Jaipur for offence u/Ss.379, 411, 413, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC is accordingly rejected. Petitioner may apply for grant of bail in the court of sessions itself.
