J U D G M E N T

The prayer made in this writ petition is to quash Ext.P1 memo

issued to the petitioner proposing disciplinary action.

2. It is now submitted by the respondents that proceedings

pursuant to Ext.P1 have been decided to be dropped. I record this

submission.

In view of this the main prayer in the writ petition has become

infructuous, and therefore this writ petition is closed.
