It
has been stated on behalf of Official Liquidator that the winding up
order has been recalled by this Court (Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice
K.A.Puj, J.) as per the order dated 14th November, 2008 in
Company Petition No. 157 of 2004. In view of the above, the present
O.L.R. would not survive hence, disposed of accordingly. If any
additional amount is to be recovered by Official Liquidator, a fresh
report may be filed.
