Counsel
for the Official Liquidator submitted that after first attempt to
sale plant and machinery at upset price of Rs.8,25,000/-, fresh
report of the present valuation has been obtained which comes to Rs.
7,03,000/-. He submitted that previous bidders have not shown any
interest to purchase the property at the reduced price also.
Considering
the above aspects, Official Liquidator is permitted to issue fresh
advertisement for sale of plant and machinery with upset price of
Rs.7,03,000/- through local newspapers in one English Newspaper and
one Gujarati Newspaper having wide circulation in the region,
indicating the date of proposed auction before the Court on
18.2.2010. Official Liquidator shall take further steps in connection
with said advertisement and produce before the Court along with the
report, if any, offers are received pursuant to such advertisement.
EMD
received in connection with previous advertisement be returned to the
parties.
OLR
stands disposed of accordingly.
