Heard learned counsel for the parties. We have gone through the order dated
30.8.2006, Annexure-9 to the writ petition. By this order the Block
Development Officer, Block Khuthan, Jaunpur has directed the Assistant
Development Officer (Panchayat) to call for a meeting of panchayat and if
there was any apprehension of breach of peace the help of police be taken so
that meeting may take place. We do not find any illegality in the order dated
30.8.2006.

The writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
