Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that when father of the
O.P.No.2 was in service at Chandauli, at that time first information
report was lodged due to some matrimonial dispute. Now his
father is dead. Both the parties are of district Moradabad.
However, the proceeding is pending at district Chandauli and his
prayer is for transfer of trial at district Moradabad.
Issue notice to O.P. No.2.
Notice has been accepted on behalf of O.P. No.2 by Mr. Shailesh
Kumar Tripathi who has filed ‘Parcha’ on her behalf and prays for
and is allowed ten days time’ for filing counter affidavit.
