Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is stated that against the order dated 27.5.2008 passed by Dy. Director
of Consolidation, Bijnor the restoration application of petitioner is still
pending before Dy. Director of Consolidation-respondent no.1. In case, such
restoration application is pending before respondent no.1, he is directed to
decide the same after hearing the parties expeditiously, preferably within a
period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this
order before him.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, writ petition stands
disposed of finally.
