Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
counsel for the respondents. The petitioner is aggrieved by the
order dated 6.2.2010 by which according to the petitioner the
charge of Administrative Officer has been taken from the
petitioner till further orders. According to the petitioner, he has not
been assigned any other duty. In my opinion, this order has been
passed in the moth of Feb.2010 and there are some factual
controversy regarding whether the petitioner was promoted on the
regular basis on the post of Administrative Officer or not or
whether the petitioner has right to post on which he has been
directed to give charge till further orders. These questions can only
be considered and decided by the relevant authority, therefore, a
liberty is given to the petitioner to approach respondent no.3 by
making a detailed and comprehensive representation within two
weeks and if such representation is filed, the same may be
considered and decided by respondent no.3 by a speaking and
reasoned order within a period of 6 weeks thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
No order as to costs.
