This writ petition has been filed with regard to establishment of new Fair
Price shop in Village Panchayat Tribhuwan Nagar Grint, Block Mujehna,
District Gonda in pursuant to the Government order dated 03.07.1990. It has
been further stated that petitioner has moved application/representation dated
26.03.2010 in this regard, but the same was pending before the competent
authority.

The writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to competent
authority to decide the application/representation of the petitioner
expeditiously within one month from the date when the certified copy of this
order is placed before him.
