Seen the progress report of the trial court. It appears that the trial is on
progress. The prosecution has examined as many as five witnesses. The trial
is towards its conclusion. Therefore, the learned counsel for the applicant
instead of pressing the bail application on merit, requests that the trial court be
directed to conclude the sessions trial within time schedule.
In view of the submissions made above, the bail application is disposed of
finally with the observation that the trial court is directed to conclude the
sessions trial pending against the accused applicant within three months from
the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
