                                  J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P4. There is already a direction in

W.A. 747/03 to the 1st respondent-Board to reconsider the whole issue in

the light of the judgment in W.A. 1231/03. In case the petitioner has still

any grievance left, it will be open to the petitioner to pursue the matter in

appropriate proceedings incorporating the intervening developments

pursuant to the directions in the judgment referred to above. The writ

petition is disposed of as above.
