2. 24.11.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner has been made an accused under sections
395 and 412 of the Indian penal code.
The prayer for bail was earlier rejected on 1.6.2010 with
observation he may renew his prayer for bail after five months.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of
the accused persons has been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court.
Petitioner is in custody since 25th March 2010.
In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed
to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five
thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. IV,
Begusaria in connection with Matihani P.S case no.77 of 2007. with
the condition that he will not physically absent for two consecutive
dates at stretch, till three witnesses are examined.
