       In pursuance of the order passed in I.A. No. 2361 of 2010 on 7th  July, 
2010, now an affidavit has been filed by the appellant, wherein, it is stated 
that there is already a paper publication of the notice, issued by this Court. 
Looking to the affidavit filed by the appellant, it appears that the notice has 
already been published in the local dailies and the same has already been 
served to respondent no. 4.

2.     As the matter has already been admitted, it will be listed on the board of 
Final Hearing in its due course.
