no. 5 have filed an appeal for enhancement against the impugned award.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that this appeal be decided along
with First Appeal From Order No. 759 of 2004 (Smt. Sunita Tiwari and
another Vs. Arun Kumar and others).

As prayed, let both the appeals be listed together for hearing in its own turn.
