So
far as office objection at Sr.No.33 is concerned, the office is
directed to go through Page-6, of the report dated 29.08.2011.

The
observations made by the authorized signatory for Yashodip
Investigation Agency and accordingly on the basis of the said
report, the proposed heirs of the Deceased-Opponent no.4 has been
mentioned in the present Civil Application.

Hence,
so far as office objection at Sr.No.33 in present Civil Application
is concerned, it treated as complied one.
