appeal is ADMITTED.

ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION
:

RULE,
returnable on 09th May 2011.
There will be ad interim relief in terms of paragraph 3(B) on
condition that the applicant will deposit the entire decreetal amount
with the trial Court before the returnable date. The trial Court
will, in turn, invest 70% amount in a

Nationalized Bank by way of an FDR initially for a period of three
years and the same shall be renewed from time to time till final
disposal of the main appeal. The FDR be retained by the Nazir of the
authority. Further orders as to investment/ disbursement of the
balance 30% amount will be passed on the returnable date.
