                       JUDGMENT

Petitioner is aggrieved that in spite of Ext.P1 order

passed by the Regional Transport Authority, Palakkad,

granting variation of regular permit, actual permit is not

being issued by the respondents.

After hearing learned Government Pleader also, writ

petition is disposed of directing the respondent to issue

the permit on the basis of Ext.P1, after settlement of the

timings in accordance with the priority which is being

maintained in the Office of the RTA.
