Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India
for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records from the second
respondent relating to the orders made in Pu.Koo.Nu.AA/Pa.P1/96III dated
17.01.2006 and Pu.Koo.Nu.AA/ 88 dated 04.02.2006 and quash the same.

:COMMON ORDER

By consent of both parties, these writ petitions themselves are taken
up for disposal.

2. It is fairly stated that the matter in issue is now pending before
the Labour Officer (Conciliation), 1, Rue Suffren, Pondicherry, the first
respondent herein.

3. In such circumstances, I am of the view that both parties are at
liberty to submit their case before the Conciliation Officer and depending on
the outcome of the conciliation proceedings, necessary follow-up action can be
taken. The first respondent herein is directed to complete the conciliation
proceedings and take a decision one way or other within a period of four
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the above order, the petitioner herein is permitted to
continue in the same Cone Winding Department.

6. With the above observations, these writ petitions are disposed of.
No costs. WPMP Nos.4109 and 4158 of 2006 are closed.
