                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a holder of a regular stage carriage permit

operating a stage carriage bus on the route of Kozhikode-

Guruvayoor as L.S.O.S . The petitioner has sought for a revision

of timings as per Ext.P1 and the same is pending.

2. I heard the learned Government Pleader also.

In the result, this writ petition is disposed of directing the

respondent to consider Ext.P1 and pass orders in accordance with

the list of priority maintained in the office of the Regional

Transport Authority. A copy of the writ petition along with the

copy of the judgment shall be produced before the respondent.
