                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this court mainly aggrieved by

the reversion from the post of Senior Instructor to Junior

Instructor. There is already an interim order dated 12.8.2005. It

is seen that the petitioner has filed another writ petition, W.P.(C)

601/2004. The writ petition is hence disposed of in terms of the

interim order making it clear that the petitioner can pursue the

surviving grievance, if any, in W.P.(C) No.601/2004.
