                                   J U D G M E N T

The issue raised in this original petition regarding promotion in the

Excise Department to the post of Excise Preventive Officers is covered

against the petitioners by the Full Bench decision of this Court reported in

Sugathan vs. Shahul Hameed (2006(4) KLT 54). In the light of the

above decision, this original petition is dismissed.
