      	Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents  to provide 10 HP E.B. Service Connection to the petitioner for the purpose of Agriculture in S.No.250/3B of V.Puthuppakkam village, Katterikuppam post, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram District based on his Application Registration No.314 dated 28.02.2007.
