                             J U D G M E N T

It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the 1st

respondent that Exts. P5 and P6 are only show cause notices and

that the reply submitted vide Exts. P7 and P8 against cancellation of

allotment will be considered before any final decision is taken in the

matter.

2. In view of this, it is directed that the respondents shall

consider Exts.P5 and P6 in the light of Exts.P7 and P8 replies

submitted by the petitioners and take a final decision in the matter,

with notice to the petitioners.

Until a decision is taken in the matter as above, the status

quo as on date shall be maintained.
