                         J U D G M E N T

It is reported by the learned Government Pleader that the

directions issued by this Court in Annexure A1 order have been

complied with and the petitioner has already been given a posting

within Kozhikode District. Learned counsel for the petitioner also

submitted that the order issued by the respondent herein has

been served on the petitioner. Therefore, no further orders are

called for in this case. This contempt of court case is hence

closed.
