ORAL ORDER

This
Court has passed an order on 20.10.2008 directing the petitioner to
issue a public advertisement in ‘Indian Express’ and
‘Loksatta-Jansatta’ ? both Ahmedabad editions making it returnable
on 28.11.2008. Mr. Anip A. Gandhi, learned advocate appearing for
the petitioner states that the petitioner has not issued the public
advertisement as directed by this Court. He has further submitted
that the petitioner is not going to get anything and hence, the
petitioner does not want to spend any amount even for advertisement.
In the above view of the matter, since the order of this Court passed
on 20.10.2008 is not complied with, the petition is dismissed for
want of prosecution. Notice discharged.
