                          J U D G M E N T

Learned Govt. Pleader, on instruction, submits that though the

timing conference in pursuance to Annexure A1 judgment was

convened on several occasions, the matter could not be finalised. It

is submitted that the timing conference is now scheduled to be held

on 19.6.2008 and that the timing in pursuance to Ext. P1 mentioned

in the judgment will also be finalised. Recording the above

submission, the contempt is closed.
