JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a Milk Tester working in the 1st respondent
Society . His complaint in this writ petition is that he is not being paid
pay and other allowances as directed by the Deputy Director of Diary
Development in Ext.P2. However, for the present he would be
satisfied with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass
appropriate orders on Ext.P4 representation as expeditiously as
possible.
2. In view of the facts and circumstances disclosed in the writ
petition, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on
Ext.P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within six weeks from
the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an
opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the 1st
respondent.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
