Appellant/claimant while working as Branch Manager of National

was aged 42 at the time of the accident. He sustained fracture of lower end of
radius (R) in the accident. He was in the hospital for nine days. Medical bills
for only Rs.1,961/=were produced and that was reimbursed. Further medical
bills might have been reimbursed by the Company. No certificate showing
availing of leave without wages was produced. Rs.18,000/= was awarded for
pain and sufferings. His employment was not affected due to the accident.
There was no reduction in salary. Rs.84,420/= was awarded for permanent
