J U D G M E N T
In this writ petition the petitioner, Manager of an aided school
submits that an appointment in the post of Arabic Teacher was
made. However, in Ext. P1 the AEO, taking the view that any
appointment could have been made only after prior Government
approval, rejected approval.
2. When approval was rejected, appeals were filed and the
appeals were rejected by the Deputy Director and the Addl. Director
by Exts. P2 and P5. This made the petitioner to file Ext. P6 revision
before the 1st respondent. In this writ petition what is sought for by
the petitioner is a direction to the 1st respondent to expeditiously
dispose of Ext. P6.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of
directing that the 1st respondent shall take up, consider and pass
orders on Ext.P6 revision with notice to the petitioner as
expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 3 months of production

of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say that I have not dealt
with any of the contentions raised.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment before the 1st
respondent for compliance.
