                              O R D E R

Application for anticipatory bail. The petitioners apprehend

arrest on the allegation that they have committed non-bailable

offences on the complaint filed by one Mathai of Rajakumari

Village in Idukki district.

2. The learned Prosecutor, after taking instructions,

submits that the petitioners are not now required to be arrested in

connection with any crime. In crime No.147 of 2007, where the

offences alleged are bailable, and which has been registered on

the basis of the private complaint referred by the learned

Magistrate to the police under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. the

petitioners have been arrested and enlarged on bail. Final report

has already been filed also. Calender case is pending. In these

circumstances the petitioners may be directed to appear before

the learned Magistrate. The police have no intention to arrest

them in that crime or in any other crime, submits the learned

Prosecutor.

3. In the light of the submissions by the learned Prosecutor it is

evident that the apprehension of the petitioners is without any basis.

4. This petition is in these circumstances dismissed as agreed.
