                        J U D G M E N T

The petitioners in these two writ petitions have been

suspended by the Principal, Government Medical College,

Thiruvananthapuram on allegations of involvement in ragging of

junior students. According to the petitioners, the petitioners

were not involved in any ragging and the charge has been falsely

foisted against them. Against the order of suspension, the

petitioners have filed Ext.P5 representation produced along with

their respective writ petition. The petitioners seek a direction to

the Principal of the Government Medical College,

Thiruvananthapuram to consider and pass orders on their

respective Ext.P5 expeditiously.

2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this

writ Petition with a direction to the Principal of Government

Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram to consider and pass

orders on respective Ext.P5 produced by the petitioners along

with their writ petitions as expeditiously as possible, at any

rate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
