                           J U D G M E N T

In view of the fact that in W.A.No.1314 of 2009 filed by the

Kerala State Electricity Board, the Division Bench of this Court has

stayed the operation of Annexure 1 order, I find no reason to

entertain this Contempt of Court Case. It is accordingly dismissed

without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to move this Court if

occasion arises in future, after W.A.No.1314 of 2009 is disposed of.
