         Dated this the 16th day of September, 2010

                           J U D G M E N T

All that is sought for in this writ petition is a direction to the

2nd respondent to take action on Ext.P3 application made by the

petitioner for fixation of boundaries.

2. Having regard to the case of the petitioner regarding

the pendency of the said application, I direct the 2nd respondent to

take appropriate action on Ext.P3. This the 2nd respondent shall do

within 8 weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
