JUDGMENT
Ravindran, J.
This contempt case was filed alleging that the directions issued
by this Court in the judgment delivered on 2.6.2009 in W.P.(C) No.14259 of
2009 have not been complied with.
2. The respondent has sworn to an affidavit dated 22nd June,
2010 wherein it is stated that the terminal benefits remaining unpaid as on the
date of the presentation of the contempt case have been paid on 8.6.2010 and
10.6.2010 respectively. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits
that the said submission is factually correct.
In such circumstances as the judgment of this Court has been
fully complied with, we find no grounds to proceed further with the Contempt
Case . It is accordingly closed.
