                                ORDER

This is an application for anticipatory bail. The petitioner is

the accused in Crime No.537 of 2008 of Thiruvalla Police

Station. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that charge

was laid in the case on 6.7.2009. Leaving open the other rights

of the petitioner, this Bail Application is closed.
